What to put in an email
If you would rather start with a conversation than a form, write to {CONTACT} with four lines: the business name and state, roughly what you need and what it is for, how long you have been operating, and whether anything is open with other funders. That is enough for David to say which product fits and what the file will need, usually the same day.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. Applications submitted online are read in the order they arrive; a complete file received before 2pm Eastern gets a first read the same business day.
