Applications and offers

Submitting an application is free and does not obligate you to accept financing. Offers presented through your private offer link are computed from the information and documents you provide and are conditional on final underwriting, document verification, and execution of a financing agreement. An offer is not a commitment to fund and may be updated or withdrawn before contract execution.

Accuracy of information

You represent that the information and documents you submit — including bank statements — are true, complete, belong to the business you're applying for, and that you are authorized to apply on its behalf.

Private offer links

Your offer page is accessible through a signed private link sent to the email on your application. You're responsible for keeping that link and email account secure. Contact us immediately if you believe your link has been shared.

Communications

By applying you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails about your application and offer. Opt out any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing [email protected].

Site use

You may not interfere with the operation of this site, attempt to access other applicants' information, or use automated tools to scrape or probe the service. Content on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sullivan Financing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the application process.
