What we collect

When you apply, we collect the information you provide: contact details, business information (legal name, DBA, EIN, address, structure, start date), owner information (name, date of birth, SSN, home address, ownership percentage), your funding request, and the bank statements and documents you upload.

How we use it

• To underwrite your application and compute your offer, including automated analysis of the bank statements you upload.
• To communicate with you about your application, your offer, and your funding file — including the email containing your private offer link.
• To verify identity and prevent fraud.
• To complete funding if you accept an offer.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not blast your file to lender marketplaces.
• We do not pull consumer credit at intake. Credit is reviewed only at final underwriting after you request contracts.

How it's protected

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored with access limited to the systems and personnel working your file. Statements and documents are retained only as long as needed for underwriting, funding, and legal requirements.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers used to process your application (cloud hosting, document storage, e-signature, CRM), with funding partners when needed to complete your financing, and where required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing [email protected]. You may request access to or deletion of your information at the same address, subject to records we're required to keep.
